Demoflow ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.demoflow.io website and the Demoflow desktop application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). NextRoll. Our site uses technologies of third-party partners such as NextRoll to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our site so that we can improve our services to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements about Demoflow that are likely to be of more interest to you. Specifically, NextRoll collects information about your activity on our site to enable us to:
measure and analyze traffic and browsing activity on our site;

Google Email, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts. In order to help with your demo preparation and follow up, we integrate with these Google Services. We use your GMail account to draft, send, and read messages on your behalf when sending follow-up emails through Demoflow. We use your Google Calendar to automatically scheduled follow-up meetings with your prospects when you choose to do so after a demo. Finally, we use your Google Contacts to find collaborators on your demos inside and outside of your company.
Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Outlook Contacts. In order to help with your demo preparation and follow up, we integrate with these Microsoft
Outlook Services. We use your Outlook Email account to draft, send, and read messages on your behalf when sending follow-up emails through Demoflow. We use your Outlook Calendar to automatically scheduled follow-up meetings with your prospects when you choose to do so after a demo. Finally, we use your Outlook Contacts to find collaborators on your demos inside and outside of your company.
Zoom. In order to run your presentations easily, we integrate with Zoom to allow you to schedule meetings from within Demoflow. We user your personal information to schedule meetings on your behalf, and perform other Zoom functions that you authorize.
Nylas. In order to provide a consistent interface to you email and calendar applications, Nylas provides a service to sync some email and calendar data to make it available to our products. This allows Demoflow to build demos for the events on your calendar, invite attendees on those events, and send email.
Kloudless. Demoflow uses the Kloudless interface to download content that you select from Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, or OneDrive for Business. Kloudless may retain your email address, name, and access tokens to those services in order to allow Demoflow to access that content.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
