Product Update - Collaborative Presentations Just Got Better
We love customer feedback! Good or bad, feedback is validation or invalidation of our work, and we continue to strive to improve the product to better serve our customers.
Using the feedback that we've gathered over the past few months, we've greatly improved the organization and functionality of the Private Meeting Dashboard. It's now better, faster, and smoother in every way.

It's very common to have 2 sales reps on a call with a prospect or customer. During those conversations, you and your team need to be able to communicate effectively without interrupting the flow of the conversation.
We've partnered with Stream.io to provide chat functionality directly into the dashboard.
You can now chat with your collaborators inside the dashboard without needing to leave Demoflow.

With our improved navigation, everything is available to you in one screen. No more scrolling or losing your location within the dashboard.
We learned how difficult it was to find content in the dashboard. Now everything is co-located in the top menu for easy navigation.
You can access your notes, chat, action plan, CRM, and audience in 1 click!
Pivot faster and more effectively
Presenting the right material is crucial to the sale. The feedback we received frequently was:
- How can I pivot or build my presentation in real time?
- How can I remove content that I don't need?
- How can I see more of my presentation at once?
We've relocated and expanded the functionality of adding in content to the presentation.
Now you can drop content at any location and really build your presentation in real-time with your assets and browsers at the ready!
We also learned that it can be hard to view the presentation, but with our new gallery view, you can view the entire presentation at a glance and jump to any slide instantly!

We've fixed several items and made several additions including:
- Ability to send calendar invites from within the Dashboard
- Ability to remove slides in the presentation
- Option to show / hide the presentation for easier window management
- Toggle a gallery view for easy presentation navigation
- Speaker notes are now editable in Preview Mode
- When you exit the presentation, the window returns to the previous location
- Updated settings page for easier navigation
- And several small bug fixes!
How to get the update
In order to get the new dashboard, all you need to do is launch Demoflow and wait for the "New Version" button to appear.
Then click the "New Version" button and you'll be able to launch your demos with the new Private Meeting Dashboard!
